We are pleased to announce that European Aquatics has designated the Eindhoven Diving Cup as a recognized event for European Aquatics officials.
In addition, a European Aquatics Diving Official Course DVO1 will be conducted during the Eindhoven Diving Cup.

As President of the European Aquatics, I’d like to welcome you all to the European Aquatics Basic Course 2026 for Diving Officials Level 1.
Education is the key force empowering progress in everything we do, and it plays a huge role in the European Aquatics Strategic Plan 2024-2030. Whether you’re an athlete, coach, official or technical official, continuous learning and skills advancing helps us all improve, stay sharp and focused on keeping our sport moving forward.
Courses and clinics are modified in the way to provide in addition to educational and training sessions, also an opportunity to grow a diving community, connecting experts with participants and sharing best practice thus focusing on excellence in European Aquatics. By investing in education, we ensure that our sport plays fair, innovative, and constantly evolving.

Hereby, we have the pleasure of informing you that the European Aquatics will organize the European Aquatics Diving Officials Courses 2026.
The Courses will be organized by European Aquatics Academy, as part of the Diving Technical Officials Certification Program in 2026.
This edition of the Courses will be organized by highly qualified experts of the European Aquatics Academy and the European Aquatics Technical Diving Committee in two parts:
- Part 1 materials of the Diving Official Courses Level 1 will be available online once registered on the European Aquatics Academy Platform.
- Part 2 will be organized onsite in Eindhoven (Netherlands), February 6-8, 2026 in cooperation with Royal Dutch Swimming Federation and the Eindhoven Diving Cup.
These Courses are open to new candidates, who wants to become International Officials, in this regard their Member Federations, when applying candidates, shall provide proofs of at least two
(2) year of applicants’ judging experience at the highest National competitions. Successfully graduated Officials could be nominated by their respective Member Federations to the European Aquatics Diving Officials List within current year with immediate progress to officiate at European competitions of respective rank and advance in competence to official Championships in the future.
The entire Courses’ Program will consist of the theoretical and a practical part. The first part will be dedicated to theoretical solids and the second includes both theoretical and practical education followed by the practical skills evaluation and theoretical test on the EAA Educational Platform
