We can use your help! Can you lend us a hand? Each year, the Senet Diving Cup keeps growing! This yearly international diving event is celebrating its 19th anniversary this year. It’s unique as an event in that divers can qualify for the European (youth) and World (youth) championships, but it also offers the possibility for those young talents starting at age category C to compete.

As the Senet Diving Cup expands due to the growing national and international interest, we need more and more volunteers to keep making this event a succes!

Lend a hand?

The Senet Diving Cup takes place in Eindhoven at the Pieter van den Hoogenband swimming stadium from February 1st until 4th. If you want to help out, please sign up via hospitality@eindhovendivingcup.nl. Even if you can only help out for a few hours, or a day!

What do we need?

A short overview of the activities where we could use a helping hand:

Monday January 29th and Tuesday January 30th 18.00 – 21.00 hours:

• Building in the pool – getting the IT ready, promotional materials, decorating etc

Wednesday January 31st:

• Building in the pool – getting the IT ready, promotional materials, decorating etc.
• Drivers – picking guests up at the train station and airport
• Clubhouse  – receiving guests, barduty, preparing lunch

Thursday February 1st – Sunday February 4th

• Supervise – in the jury room, on the pool floor
• Drivers – picking guests up at the train station and airport
• Clubhouse  – receiving guests, barduty, preparing lunch
• Clothing booth – sale of clothes and souvenirs
• Speakers – for announcing the divers and dives
• Medal ceremony – someone to supervise the medal ceremony and medal boys and medal girls
• Mascot – who will put on Divy’s costume?
• First Aid – who has the knowledge and expertise to do the right thing in case of an emergency?

Meet- & Greet Saturday evening February 3rd:

• On Saturyday evening we will organise an ‘Old Dutch’ evening for our guests. Not only will we eat traditional Dutch food, but we will also organise some fun games. Of course you will join in for something to eat!
