It’s over … .. what a pity! This was the last day, day 4, of a beautiful edition. We are tired but also very proud and happy with how it went again this year. Eindhoven Diving Cup 2020 was again a resounding success.
Successful from day 1 to day 4
All coaches, youth and senior divers, organization and all volunteers who participated in this event look back on a very successful tournament. A number of responses from participants and coaches can be seen in the video review that can be found on our YouTube channel.
The international participation in the Eindhoven Diving Cup is very important. For Eindhoven Diving Cup as a tournament but also for the divers themselves. In this way they all have the opportunity to develop and improve in an international setting.
For example, as an organization we are very happy with the arrival of the Belarus team to the tournament. Not only in the context of the special city contact that exists with Eindhoven, but also because the divers of Belarus can use all the excellent facilities of the Pieter van den Hoogenband Swimming Stadium that way.
Also today a lot of press around
Today our event also received a lot of interest from the press. We visited Omroep Brabant for a live radio report during the sports program De Zuidtribune. Between 12.00 and 14.00 there were various people who are connected to the Eindhoven Diving Cup talking live during the broadcast.
Also during Studio Sport attention is paid to Eindhoven Diving Cup.
